Darryl helped my husband and I purchase our first home in October 2018. Darryl made every part of the home buying process stress free. We started the process in August 2018 and Darryl help us find the right lender to keep our mortgage right where we wanted it to be. We gave Darryl a list of what we were looking for in a house and he would send me daily listings that matched what we were looking for. I could send him a text message or email at any time of the day to set up the viewing of a house and Darryl ALWAYS made it happen. Any question that we had, Darryl had the answer. As our realtor, Darryl’s main goal was to not get any house but to get the perfect house for our family. Even to this day he is still in contact with us to make sure we have settled into our new home comfortable or to see if there is anything we need or any questions that we had. I found Darryl from a just sold post card in which he helped a buyer purchase a home in my neighborhood. Initially I was alarmed because he told me helped an investor purchase the home for the cheapest price in the neighborhood. Long story short, three months after listing it he sold my home for the highest price in the neighborhood!!!

We purchased our first home on 02/25/2019 with Darryl as our Realtor. We moved to Charleston from Minnesota last year due to job relocation. I was able to experience a weekend with my sisters staying in one of their many AirBNB’s ( short rentals) and the home was was warm welcoming and comfortable and the location was close to all of the activities we planned for that weekend. As a low country native, I will say this home displayed true Charleston charm. I highly recommend their short rentals for a relaxing getaway in Charleston.
